What we do
Every irrigation system in Phoenix is fighting three enemies at once: 115°F summer heat that cooks plastic, hard water that scales up seals, and caliche soil that laughs at long run times. We install and repair with those three enemies in mind — not the same specs you'd use in Portland or Denver.
Repairs — most common calls

New installs
New zones are built the way we'd build them at our own house: R-VAN or rotary nozzles for turf and mixed shrub beds (matched precip, 0.6 in/hr), drip on a PVC hybrid trunk for shrub and tree zones (poly drip legs off a PVC backbone stays serviceable for a decade instead of three years), and a smart controller that adjusts to seasonal ET so you're not overwatering in November. Zone install pricing runs $800–$1,500 depending on head count and access. Wall-crossing sleeve zones are quoted after a site walk.
Audits
A standard irrigation audit runs $130 — we walk every zone, note bad heads, dial in run times, and hand you a written punch list. Invasive audits with catch cups on a turf zone start at $350 and give you real precip numbers so we can size run times to your soil intake rate. Every Phoenix yard we've audited has been overwatered somewhere and underwatered somewhere else. We fix both.
