Landscape Lighting

Landscape lighting, designed after dark.

LED path, specimen uplights, and architectural wash. We design your lighting on-site at dusk — so what you approve is what you get.

What we do

A good lighting plan does three things: it makes the yard usable after dark, it flatters the architecture, and it disappears when you're not looking at it. Bad lighting is a runway of path lights with a spotlight in your face. Ours reads like the yard is glowing on its own.

Design — always after dusk

Our design consult ($250, credited toward install) happens on-site after the sun goes down. We walk the property with a temporary lighting kit, aim beams, dial intensity, and place fixtures where you can actually see the effect. Approve what you see. That's what gets installed. No renderings, no guesswork.

Fixtures — LED only

All installs use commercial-grade LED (Kichler, FX Luminaire, VOLT) with brass or copper housings that patina beautifully in Phoenix sun. LED draws about 80% less power than the halogens they replaced, and quality LED fixtures last 15+ years in our climate. Bulb replacement is rare and cheap when it does happen.

Packages

  • 8-fixture home package — $1,600–2,400: entry, walkway, two specimen trees, façade wash. Turnkey.
  • 16-fixture package — $2,800–4,000: full front yard + entry + specimen trees + architectural uplighting + one back-yard focal.
  • Custom scopes for larger properties, pool lighting, and tree canopies.

All installs include a photocell-and-timer transformer sized for future adds so we can extend the run without repulling wire.

Yes. Every design consult happens after dusk with a temporary kit so you approve the actual effect, not a rendering.

LED only. Uses 80% less power, lasts 15+ years in Phoenix conditions, and doesn't cook the fixture housing.

Usually yes — we size transformers with headroom so future adds don't require repulling wire. Bring us in for a walk.
