Four things that separate us.
Real moments, not Pinterest boards.
We find usable areas — a shaded reading corner, a bocce court on the side yard, a dinner-for-eight patio near the kitchen. Every square foot earns a reason to walk out there.
Lush, responsibly.
Water-conscious doesn't mean sparse. Canopy trees, understory shrubs, and living groundcovers so your yard reads full — with a fraction of the water.
Smart tech where it matters.
Smart controllers, weather-adjusted schedules, drip conversions where they earn their keep. A reliable valve doesn't need Wi-Fi.
One crew, one number.
Owner on every install. Same phone number in year five when a valve fails.
We install what thrives here — mesquite, palo verde, ironwood, agave, tall grasses — species that hold their form through summer.
Turf, done right.
We install turf with water-efficient heads and drought-tolerant blends — Kurapia and Tahoma are two of our favorites when the client wants soft ground without the water bill. Last year alone we installed 300,000–450,000 sq ft of turf in cemeteries across the country. Turf's not the enemy — turf without a plan is.
Shade you plan for.
We bring shade to the living spaces you actually use — through trees where they fit, pergolas where they don't, shade sails for quick coverage, ramadas for permanent rooms. Summer is only tolerable in the shade you plan for.
Fair, transparent pricing.
We publish typical ranges so you know before you call. These are averages. When conditions differ from what we scoped, we communicate before adjusting.
before we start.
Service & sprinkler fixes
- Service call$90 flat
- Sprinkler head replacement (each)$15–30
- Line break repair$65–280
- Irrigation audit (standard)$130
- Irrigation audit (invasive)from $300
Phoenix market service calls run $75–125; ours sits mid-range. Line break pricing varies with depth and length.
Home packages & consults
- 8-fixture home package$1,600–2,400
- 16-fixture home package$2,800–4,000
- Night consult (design walk after dusk)$250
Individual fixture pricing typically falls under a service call — most jobs are bulb replacement. A new fixture is fussier to price flat (cable access, distance to live wire, fixture type), so we quote after we see it.
All zones installed with PVC hybrid drip trunk for longevity
- Turf/lawn zone installfrom $1,200
- Drip zone installfrom $1,200
- Wall / walkway sleeves (with boring)$65/ft
- Sleeves under new sidewalks / drivewaysmaterials only
- Turf zone auditfrom $350
- Audit — invasivefrom $300
Turf/lawn zones use spray, R-VAN rotary, rotor, or rotator — nozzle type varies per zone geometry; R-VAN and traditional spray are different nozzle formats, not interchangeable. Drip zones share the same PVC hybrid build as turf — long-term reliability over hose-and-poly-only. New-sidewalk / driveway sleeves are the path of least resistance — materials only. Turf audit higher with collection cups for precip test.
Every quote is exact after we see the job. If we find something that changes the scope — a corroded manifold, hard-dig conditions we couldn't see from above, multiple boring passages, a wire fault buried under old work — we call you before we do the work.

Phoenix lawn watering schedules.
Real run times for rotors, R-VAN nozzles, and spray heads — season by season. Straight answers about caliche, cycle-and-soak, and why daily watering kills lawns.
The neighbors talk.
Jon rebuilt our entire irrigation manifold in a morning and cut our summer water bill by more than half. The office answered on the first ring — and the crew came back six months later to tune the controller.
We had three lighting bids. Sunshine was the only one who came at night and walked the yard with us. The finished install is exactly what he sketched.
The ramada, kitchen, and fireplace Sunshine built for us is the reason we sit outside every night now. Nine months of usable season — and they didn't sub out a single trade.
We work across the Valley.
Home base is central Phoenix — Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, North Phoenix and everywhere in between. We travel for the right project across the wider Valley too. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call. We'll tell you straight.

Real answers to what Phoenix homeowners ask.
Most leaking sprinkler heads in Phoenix come down to a cracked riser, worn internal seals from hard-water mineral buildup, a torn wiper seal on pop-up heads, or a broken lateral line downstream. Phoenix's hard water and 115°F summer heat degrade plastic seals faster than in cooler climates, so heads typically need replacement every 5–8 years. A replacement head runs $15–30 installed; a seal service is usually covered by an $90 flat service call.
Phoenix home lighting installs run $1,600–$4,000. An 8-fixture home package runs $1,600–$2,400. A 16-fixture full package covering front yard, entry, specimen trees, and architectural uplighting runs $2,800–$4,000. A night consult (design walk after dusk) is $250. Individual fixture pricing typically falls under a service call — most jobs are bulb replacement. LED fixtures use 80% less power than the halogens they replace and last 15+ years in Phoenix conditions.
The best xeriscape designs for Phoenix layer three heights: canopy shade trees (mesquite, palo verde, ironwood, desert willow) that cut afternoon heat 15–20°F, understory shrubs and structural plants (agave, Texas sage, red bird of paradise), and living groundcovers or tall grasses instead of rock-only ground plane. That reads full and lush while using 40–60% less water than turf. Native and desert-adapted species handle Phoenix's 110°F+ summers without supplemental irrigation once established at 18–24 months.
